Mr. Zhou Quan

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Zhou Quan, aged 39, was appointed as an executive Director in May 2019. Mr. Zhou obtained his master’s
degree in accountancy from The George Washington University. Mr. Zhou has extensive experience in the finance
and accounting field. Currently, Mr. Zhou is the director of  Yuanyin Holdings Limited.

 

Mr. Zhao Yun

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Zhao Yun, aged 38, was appointed as a non-executive Director in May 2019 and re-designated as an executive Director in March 2020. Mr. Zhao was appointed as chief executive officer in May 2022. Mr. Zhao obtained his master’s degree in economics from Southwest Jiaotong University. Mr. Zhao had worked as senior management with various large corporations in mainland China and gained extensive experience in corporate restructuring, IPO listing, business operations management, assets, and capital management. Currently, Mr. Zhao is a director of Yuanyin Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company.

 

Mr. Li Bing

CHIEF OPREATIONS OFFICER

Mr. Li Bing, aged 60, is currently the Company's co-chief operations officer. Mr. Li graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a PhD degree in Chemistry. He has rich experience in investment and management. Mr. Li has served as an investment manager and chief investment officer in a number of financial institutions in Canada, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Mr. Li is a guest reviewer of the CFA course and the main author of the chapter on Stock Investment Strategies for the Level 3 exam course. He has co-authored several investment monographs.
